We’re hiring a Sales Manager to support our growth!

This role is responsible for the sales, marketing, and profitability of the center and the management and development of the center team. You will work under the direction of the CEO & COO. You will be responsible for the oversight and execution of all client services, ensuring rapid response and high satisfaction levels. In addition to overseeing all aspects of the operations of the center. The Manager performs a variety of duties, including ensuring client satisfaction, billing & collections.

What You’ll Do:

  • Markets and sells all product lines
  • Handles all prospective inquiries for office space and virtual office programs, including follow-up
  • Utilizes CRM program (HubSpot) to track leads to close
  • Prepares proposals and contracts for new sales
  • Presents renewal agreements to the existing client base
  • Prepares and processes Service Agreements, Virtual Office Agreements & Addendums.
  • Attends marketing events, networking functions and other external events to promote Quest
  • Develops relationships with CRE brokers, including visits and in-person presentations
  • Sets all sales, marketing, and profitability goals for the center and ensures team members understand and can meet the goals
  • Hires, trains & supervises all center team members, including performance reviews, to assist with the development of each team member
  • Achieves business plan goals & budgeted objectives
  • Compiles & submits requested reports timely.
  • Ensures client satisfaction by adhering to the highest level of customer service.
  • Manages center and service revenue profitability through understanding and usage of month-end billing reports.
  • Ensures Standard Operating Procedures and COARA requirements are followed.
  • Manages client inquiries/complaints and resolves matters in a timely fashion
  • Oversees the preparation of offices for new client move-ins
  • Oversees new client orientations and welcome kits
  • Ensures compliance with accounting systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Acts as a liaison between Quest and vendors, as well as the landlord.
  • Champions standards, service, and company initiatives.

Other Duties

  • Gains confidence and trust of team members and clients.
  • Conducts regular team member meetings.
  • Participates in special projects when needed.
  • Set up common areas and offices as needed.
  • Serves as backup to other positions within the Center.

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • A drive for sales and closing deals
  • Expertise in staff management and leadership
  • Maintains confidentiality of all center, client, and team member information
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to sell and market to a diverse client base
  • Possesses strong customer service skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload, and work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to operate office equipment & technology such as computers, printers, scanner & support software, phones & copier
  • Understands technology, including telecommunication and data services software.
  • Conveys “Quest Culture” of a positive attitude, client service, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Solid financial management skills.

Physical Requirements

  • Walking or sitting most of the time.
  • Crouching, kneeling, standing, climbing, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting frequently.
  • Hearing – ability to receive detailed information through oral and telephonic communication.
  • Talking – able to clearly express ideas by means of the spoken word
  • Vision – ability to see and read

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in selling high-end products
  • Knowledge of operations and staff management
  • College degree.
