As our Community & Operations Manager, you’ll run the show at our location—blending hospitality, customer service, and operations leadership to deliver a best-in-class engaging experience to our members.

What You’ll Do:

Membership Engagement & Retention

  • Be a friendly, proactive presence that builds connections with members and guests
  • Provide front desk support and ensure warm, consistent service throughout the day
  • Respond to member needs with professionalism and a personal touch

New Member Onboarding

  • Coordinate and deliver a warm onboarding experience
  • Explain amenities, policies, and community expectations clearly

Events & Community Building

  • Organize and host social events and engagement opportunities that foster community.
  • Promote events and encourage member participation to build connections

Building Operations

  • Perform daily walkthroughs to identify and resolve issues
  • Communicate building policies, updates, and service changes to members
  • Monitor and manage the overall energy and ambiance of the space
  • Coordinate with building staff and vendors
  • Track and organize operational inventory

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in coworking, hospitality, property management, or a related customer-focused role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Naturally organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Tech-friendly and curious about building systems and space management
  • Experience in real estate or coworking is a major bonus

What You Can Expect:

  • Competitive Salary: $45,000–$55,000
  • Monday–Friday
  • Onsite in Washington, DC
