As the face of Office Evolution‘s brand new location, you’ll build meaningful relationships with members, support their day-to-day business needs, and ensure the center runs smoothly, professionally, and efficiently. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and a genuine desire to support entrepreneurs and small businesses.

What You’ll Do:

Hospitality & Member Experience

  • Create a welcoming, professional, and supportive environment for members and guests
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with members through consistent communication and personalized service
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for member needs, questions, and concerns
  • Anticipate member needs and proactively offer solutions and support

Sales & Business Development

  • Actively sell coworking memberships, private offices, meeting rooms, and business services
  • Conduct tours and consultations with prospective members
  • Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of sales activity
  • Support retention efforts through relationship-based account management

Operations & Account Management

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages in compliance with USPS CMRA regulations
  • Manage member accounts, invoicing, renewals, and basic billing support
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation with strong attention to detail
  • Enforce policies and procedures fairly and professionally

Technology & Business Support

  • Assist members with internet connectivity, printers, audiovisual equipment, and basic tech troubleshooting
  • Coordinate setup for meeting rooms, events, and virtual services
  • Serve as a liaison for IT, internet providers, and vendor support when needed

Facility & Center Management

  • Ensure the business center is clean, organized, and presentation-ready at all times
  • Monitor shared spaces, supplies, and equipment
  • Communicate with vendors, property management, and ownership as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Hospitality or coworking experience is a major bonus
  • Relationship-oriented and customer-focused
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional in all interactions
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Sales-minded with a consultative, service-first approach
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable supporting basic office technology
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable
  • College degree preferred

Perks + Salary:

  • Salary: $50,000–$55,000 + commission
  • Monday – Friday
  • Full-time position 40 hrs/wk
