What You’ll Do

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving new business and expanding our client base. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Identifying and cultivating new client opportunities
  • Building and maintaining a strong professional network
  • Developing strategic pitches and proposals tailored to client needs
  • Leading meetings with key decision-makers
  • Tracking and managing sales targets within our CRM
  • Collaborating with our senior leadership and technical teams to develop new service offerings

What We’re Looking For

We need someone with:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Communications (preferred)
  • 4+ years of sales and marketing experience (contact center experience preferred)
  • Strong existing industry relationships
  • A proven track record of closing sales and meeting/exceeding targets
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience leading sales teams and driving results
